The council's major purchase in 2001 was our outdoor camp facility. The camp is in Greene County, centrally located in our council. For security of campers, directions are available only from the Council Office.
The 97-acre site has a main lodge (pictured) bold Sisters Inn that sleeps up to 20 people. The lodge has central heat and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. There is a barn suitable for rainy day activities, a covered cooking pavillion, many areas suitable for camping and nature study, and four lakes (the largest of which has a canoe dock).
