The Girl Scout name and mark, the trefoil mark, and all other trademarks, service marks, logo-types, designs and copyrights associated with or related to the Girl Scouts ("Girl Scouts of the United States of America's intellectual property") are the sole and exclusive property of Girl Scouts of the United States of America and are protected under the laws of the United States of America and international treaties.
